§ 92.07  ESTABLISHMENTS OF LIMITS OF DISTRICTS IN WHICH STORAGE OF FLAMMABLE OR COMBUSTIBLE LIQUIDS IN OUTSIDE ABOVEGROUND TANKS PROHIBITED.
   The limits referred to in §§ 7902.2.1 and 7904.2.5.4.2 of the Uniform Fire Code in which the storage of flammable or combustible liquids is restricted are hereby established as follows:
   (A)   Tanks in areas zoned residential may not exceed a 55 gallon capacity and limited to 1 tank per resident.
   (B)   Tanks used for storing heating oil (kerosene) in areas zoned residential shall not exceed a 200 gallon capacity and limited to 1 tank per resident.
   (C)   Tanks located on commercially zoned properties that have a common lot line with residential property shall not exceed a capacity of 500 gallons.
