§ 92.06 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context indicates or requires a different meaning.
   (A)   Wherever the word JURISDICTION is used in the Uniform Fire Code, it is the incorporated area of the City of Elephant Butte, New Mexico.
   (B)   Wherever the words CHIEF OF THE BUREAU OF FIRE PREVENTION are used they shall be held to mean that person appointed by the Mayor which may or may not be the Chief of the Fire Department.
