(B) Business license:
(1) Mobile retail vendor: $25/day; maximum $200/year.
(2) Special event: $35. Special event deposit: $200.
(3) Pawnbroker: $200/$5,000 bond, payable to city.
(4) Flea market: $200/$5,000 bond, payable to city.
(C) Late fees. An additional $10 shall be assessed for any renewal application that is received on or after July 1 of each year.
