§ 97.09 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   Enforcement of this chapter shall be by citation from the Code Enforcement Officer.
   (B)   A person may register a complaint regarding an alleged violation pursuant to this chapter to initiate enforcement with the city.
   (C)   The designated enforcement agencies may inspect an establishment for compliance with this chapter.
