§ 97.07 RESPONSIBILITIES OF EMPLOYERS.
   (A)   Employers shall provide that their places of employment meet the requirements of this chapter.
   (B)   An employer shall adopt, implement, post and maintain a written smoking policy pursuant to this chapter.
