§ 91.53 NUISANCE BARKING AND NOISE.

It is illegal and considered a public nuisance for any person to allow any animal to persistently or continuously bark, howl, whine, or make noise common to its species, or otherwise to disturb the peace and quiet of the inhabitants of the city.
