§ 91.37  VIETNAMESE PIGS OR POTBELLIED PIGS.
   Swine commonly referred to as Vietnamese Pigs, or Asian Potbellied Pigs, or potbellied pigs are viewed as pets.  A person may maintain within the city limits such animals subject to the following restrictions.
   (A)   There cannot be more than one animal of this classification on the property at one time over the age of four months except in the Residential-Agricultural Zone which allows up to eight pigs under 4-H or FFA supervision.  (See Residential-Agricultural Zone in § 155.031).
   (B)   Except in the Residential-Agricultural Zone, the weight of the pig cannot exceed 100 pounds.
   (C)   The owner is required to provide upon request by a city employee, Animal Control Officer, or Law Enforcement an annual certificate of health (indicating the absence of pseudorabies, brucellosis, and leptospirosis), and proof of current inoculation against leptospirosis.
