§ 91.31 INJURY TO ANIMALS BY MOTORISTS.

Every operator of a motor or self-propelled vehicle upon the city's streets and ways shall, upon injuring, striking, maiming or running down any animal, provide immediate notification to the Animal Control Officer and furnish sufficient facts relative to the incident.
