§ 91.21 ANIMAL VACCINATION AND TAGS.
   All domestic animals shall be vaccinated as provided for in NMSA §§ 77-1-3 through 77-1-5 (1978), as amended from time to time, together with such administrative rules as may be adopted from time to time and other applicable statues and rules.
