(A) Notification of violation. Whenever the Manager or his or her designee finds that any person has violated or is violating this chapter, the Manager or his or her designee may serve upon the person a written notice stating the nature of the alleged violation and providing a time, not to exceed 14 days for satisfactory correction. Citations will be taken to Municipal Court.
(B) Penalty for violation of this chapter. Any person or entity convicted of a violation of this chapter shall be fined a sum not to exceed $500 for any one offense, and the person may be confined in the County Jail for a period of not more than 90 days. Each day a violation of this chapter occurs may be considered a separate offense.
