§ 50.03 STATUTORY AUTHORITY AND JURISDICTION.
   This subchapter is created and adopted pursuant to the authority set forth in NMSA §§ 3-36-1 through 3-36-7 and 3-23-6 and applicable to any person, firm or corporation served by a utility owned by the City of Elephant Butte.
