The resolution declaring a drought level when adopted, shall be posted in the same locations as designated in the current open meetings act resolution, and shall be effective immediately upon the posting and shall remain in effect until the resolution is either rescinded or superseded by another resolution of the City Council. No further notice shall be required to charge a violation of the ordinance.
