§ 156.002 AUTHORITY.
   The Economic Development Plan Chapter is enacted pursuant to the statutory authority conferred upon municipalities to allow public support of economic development (N.M. Stat. Ann. §§ 5-10-1 through 5-10-13). This chapter is adopted as part of the City of Elephant Butte’s Economic Development Plan.
