§ 155.101  PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this subchapter is to document Elephant Butte City Council approval of the Turtleback Mountain Resort Planned Unit Development Overlay Zone and to permit the PUD to proceed as described in the submission under conditions of  §§ 155.075 through 155.080 , Planned Unit Development Special Use Overlay Zone and those listed in § 155.102 of this subchapter.
