 § 155.079 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   Prosecution in court. This subchapter shall be enforced as provided for by law, including but not limited to the specific provisions of NMSA § 3-21-10.
   (B)   Application approval. No application under this subchapter shall be approved for land that was illegally subdivided, or on which a violation of this or any other City of Elephant Butte Ordinance or requirement or any other provision of law exits.
