§ 155.003 STATUTORY AUTHORITY AND JURISDICTION.

   This chapter is created and adopted pursuant to the authority granted to municipalities by the New Mexico State Legislature and set forth in the New Mexico Code including but not limited to NMSA §§ 3-19-1 et seq., as may be amended from time to time, and shall be applicable within the corporate limits of the City of Elephant Butte.
