§ 31.43  DEDICATION.
   Revenue from the Municipal Gross Receipts Tax will be used for the purpose(s) listed below:
   (A)   To be used for city support and ownership of the Sierra Vista Hospital or its successor hospitals in which the city may have ownership commitment: 2/16%.
   (B)   To be used for city general operations or commitments to any loan or obligation where the city may be a party to: 2/16%.
