§ 154.23 STORM DRAINS.
   (A)   Storm drain systems shall be designed at a minimum for the 10-year design storm.
   (B)   The minimum trunk line pipe diameter shall be 24 inches.
   (C)   The minimum lateral pipe diameter shall be 18 inches.
