§ 31.23  DEDICATION.
   Revenue from the Municipal Infrastructure Gross Receipts Tax will be used for the purpose listed below:
   (A)   To be used in support of the hospital if possible for capital outlay as required; or
   (B)   To be used for infrastructure within the City of Elephant Butte.
