§ 153.20 DESIGNATION OF THE FLOODPLAIN ADMINISTRATOR.

The Mayor of the City of Elephant Butte is hereby appointed the Floodplain Administrator to administer and implement the provisions of this subchapter and other appropriate sections of 44 C.F.R. (National Flood Insurance Program Regulations) pertaining to floodplain management.
