Notes:
1. Developer responsible for extending water stubouts and electric conduct for landscaping in median.
2. Parkway may be used by the adjacent land owner for landscaping. Up to 1/3 of the required landscaping may be placed within the right-of-way.
3. Bike lanes can be combined into an 8 foot bike path on 1 side of the street. Pavement section will not be centered on the right-of-way. See Bicycle Facilities and Systems Master Plan for requirements.
