APPENDIX B: COLLECTOR STREETS
      (1)   Minimum 80-foot width for right-of-way.
      (2)   Minimum 36-foot width of paved roadway.
      (3)   No median required.
      (4)   Either:
         (a)   Four foot, ADA-approved sidewalks on each side of roadway above curbing; or
         (b)   A single, 6-foot wide walkway lane contiguous to and level with the paved roadway and paved with the same material as the roadway. (If this option is chosen, pavement will not be centered on the right-of-way and walk lane must be striped.)
      (5)   Standard stand-up curbing or roll-over curbing abutting each side of road or road/walkway paving.
      (6)   Design speed is 25 mph.
   Notes:
      1.   Developer responsible for extending water stubouts and electric conduct for landscaping in medium.
      2.   Parkway may be used by the adjacent land owner for landscaping. Up to 1/3 of the required landscaping may be placed within the right-of-way.
      3.   Bike paths can be combined into an 8 foot bike path on 1 side of the street. Pavement section will not be centered on the right-of-way. See Bicycle Facilities and Systems Master Plan for requirements.
      4.   Standard stand-up curbing, roll-over curbing, header curbing, or other curbing, as approved by the City Engineer, abutting each side of road or road/walkway paving is acceptable.
