§ 150.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Unless otherwise provided, violation of this chapter is a petty misdemeanor and is punishable as provided in § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   In addition, in the case of §§ 150.50 through 150.60, failure to restore the right-of-way in the manner and to the condition required by the city, the city may resort to enforcement authority under § 150.57(B).
      (2)   If the permittee fails to restore the right-of-way in the manner and to the condition required by the city, the city may at its option do the work or have a contractor do the work. In that event the permittee shall pay to the city, within 30 days of billing, the cost of restoring the right-of-way.
