§ 150.54 MORATORIUM ON OPENING OF NEWLY PAVED STREETS.
   (A)   Except in the case of an emergency, no excavation, trenching or other activity which compromises the integrity of a paved street may be effected on any city right-of-way which has been paved within the past 2 years. This includes, but is not limited to, placement of a service hook-up.
   (B)   Any right-of-way which has been paved within the 2 years preceding the passage of this subchapter is exempt from this provision until the time as it is repaved.
