The initial term shall be 10 years from the effective date provided in § 150.33. At the expiration of the initial term, or any renewal term, the ordinance shall be automatically extended by successive 10-year periods, unless written notice of an intent to terminate is given not less than 120 days prior to termination of the then current term by 1 party to the other. Upon the notice, the contract shall terminate at the expiration date of the current term.
