It is unlawful to persuade any child under the age of 18 years to enter a vehicle, building, room, or secluded place with intent to commit an act which would constitute a crime under Article 9 of the Criminal Code (NMSA §§ 30-9-1 through 36-9-9) or having possession of a child under the age of 18 years to commit such a crime.
