§ 54.19 LIEN; FORECLOSURE.
   The failure to pay for garbage collection services shall result in a lien upon the property, and the contractor shall be authorized to take whatever steps necessary pursuant to NMSA §§ 3-48-1 et seq. to perfect and foreclose upon said lien.
