§ 53.01 ADVISORY BOARD.
   (A)   A Public Utility Advisory Board is hereby established through the combination of the Sewer and Water Advisory Boards which existed previously under §§ 51.52 and 52.54 of this code.
   (B)   The Public Utility Advisory Board will consist of at least one City Council member (but no more than two), the City Manager or designee, and at least three customers.
   (C)   If the Board is established, it will meet as needed, but at least annually, to review sewer and water policies, operational income/expenses, fees or any other duties and tasks to be defined by the City Council. Any suggestions or recommendations to the city shall be advisory in nature, and they shall not bind the City Council.
