Any violation of this chapter may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. The maximum penalty per violation of this chapter, unless otherwise indicated, shall be $300 or 30 days in jail or both. Each day during the time in which a violation occurs shall be deemed a separate violation. Nothing herein shall prevent the city from seeking injunctive relief, if appropriate.
