§ 10.20  COURT WITH JURISDICTION.
   The governing body of the City of Elephant Butte ordains that the Seventh Judicial District’s Magistrate Court located in Truth or Consequences, Sierra County, New Mexico is designated as the court with jurisdiction over the city’s municipal ordinances.
