(A) It is unlawful for any person to maliciously make or file with the Police Department any false, misleading, or unfounded report or statement concerning the commission or alleged commission of any crime.
(B) It is unlawful for any person to give false information concerning one's true name or identity, or disguising oneself with the intent to obstruct the due execution of a peace officer's duties.
