§ 30.03 COMPENSATION.
   The City Clerk-Treasurer shall receive the compensation as allowed in the City of Elephant Butte Classification and Pay Plan as adopted by the governing body and as may be amended by the governing body from time to time or as set in the city budget from time to time.
