§ 96.06 ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURE.

Upon receipt of complaint of alleged violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, the Code Enforcement Officer or the Mayor's designee shall visit the location of the alleged violation. If a violation is alleged, the alleged violator will be cited to Municipal Court.
