§ 96.03 STATUTORY AUTHORITY.
   This chapter is created and adopted pursuant to the authority set forth in NMSA §§ 3-18-18 and 3-21-1, as amended, and shall be applicable to all public parks within the corporate limits of the City of Elephant Butte, New Mexico.
