§ 10.19  CITY SEAL.
   A seal, the impression of which shall be as follows: in the center the outline of the Elephant Butte with the word “seal” within it, and around the outer edge, the words, “The City of Elephant Butte, New Mexico 1998”; shall be, and hereby is declared to be, the seal of the city.
