Any individual, firm, partnership, corporation or association shall, prior to possession for the purpose of sale or sale of any fireworks not prohibited by § 92.31 herein, provide to the City Clerk-Treasurer proof of current appropriate state license issued pursuant to NMSA § 60-2C-3. Upon presentment of the evidence and payment of a $25 annual license fee, the City Clerk-Treasurer will review the application for compliance with § 92.33 herein and if in order issue the license.
