121.14 VIOLATION OF RULES BY MEMBER.

If any member transgresses any of the rules of Council in session, he may be called to order by the presiding officer, in which case, the member called to order shall obey, subject to an appeal to Council. (Ord. 68-1. Passed 3-8-68.)
