1109.16 MANUFACTURE INJURIOUS TO HEALTH OR EMITTING OFFENSIVE ODOR.

No person shall erect any building for the purpose of manufacturing or producing any article, or to manufacture or to produce any article, the manufacture of which is injurious to public health. (Ord. 11-04.)
