Whenever any nuisance has been ordered to be abated or removed under the provisions of this chapter, any officer shall have the right to enter upon the property on which the nuisance exists, for the purpose of abating or removing the same in accordance with the order of Eleanor Municipal Court directing such removal or abatement.
