121.08  PARLIAMENTARY PRACTICE.
   The ordinary rules of standard parliamentary practice shall govern Council, when not  inconsistent with the laws of the State of West Virginia, the rules in this article adopted, or any ordinances of the Town.  (Ord. 68-1.  Passed 3-8-68.)
