121.07  ORDER OF PROCEEDINGS.
   The order of proceedings of each meeting of Council shall be as follows:
   (a)   Roll call.
   (b)   Reading and approving the minutes not already approved.
   (c)   Action upon accounts.
   (d)   Report of special committees.
   (e)   Report of standing committees.
   (f)   Reports from other officers of the Town.
   (g)   Action on petitions.
   (h)   Enactment of ordinances.
   (i)   Filling vacancies in positions of officers or employees.
   (j)   Miscellaneous and unfinished business.
   (k)   Adjournment.
