121.06  STANDING COMMITTEES.
   (a)   The standing committees of Council shall be as follows:
      (1)   Committee on streets.
      (2)   Committee on police, parks, sewer, water, health.
   (b)   To each standing committee shall be referred all matters pertaining to their several departments.  (A.O.)
