Whoever violates any of the rules and regulations made and promulgated by the Sanitary Board shall be fined or imprisoned, or both. The fine shall not be less than five dollars ($5.00), or more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), and the imprisonment shall not exceed thirty days, and each day that any person continues the violation of any of the rules and regulations made and promulgated by the Board shall constitute a separate offense.
