913.11  OFFENSES IN PUBLIC PARKS AND SQUARES.
   No person within the Town shall girdle, break, drive nails or other substances into or otherwise injure, kill or destroy any tree or shrub, or break, cut, mutilate, injure, remove or carry away any tree, shrub, plant, flower, stone or stonework, statuary, bench, chair, seat, bower, stand, fountain or part thereof , structure, fence or property or anything whatsoever in, upon or near any park, square, public grass strip or public place  in the Town; or without the consent of the owner, in any private yard or lot or park therein, or any street or walk in or around the same, shall molest any birds, bird nest, or any fish or animal or anything belonging to or kept therein, or shall paste or affix or inscribe, hand out or throw down any handbill, advertisement, poster, card, device or inscription in any such park, public grass strip, square or in any highway or walk surrounding same, or upon any tree within the Town, or disfigure or disturb any sward, gravel, and turf or earth, or any tree, fence or structure in such park, public grass strip or public square, or adjacent thereto; or shall drive any automobile or vehicle of any kind in and on the aforesaid parks, public grass strips and public squares or places.
