913.06 GASOLINE ON PAVEMENT.

No person shall pour, spill or permit to drip upon the asphalt or bituminous pavement or on any pavement, asphalt or bituminous construction of any street or public place in the Town, any kerosene, gasoline, benzene or similar oil or oily substance or liquid.
