913.04 DISPLAYS ON SIDEWALKS.

No person shall create, construct or maintain any platforms, display case or other structure on any part of any public sidewalk, or occupy any part of any sidewalk for the purpose of showing, displaying or storing any goods, wares, merchandise, fruit, vegetables, fish or other articles for sale. (Ord. 08-03. Passed 12-18-08.)
