909.17 RUBBER-TIRED EQUIPMENT.

All equipment placed on public streets and used for the cutting, ditching, backfilling or repairing of asphalt streets shall be on rubber tires or placed on rubber pads to prevent the marring or defacing of the asphalt surface.
