717.23 ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS; PAYMENTS INTO TOWN TREASURY.

Any and all expenses incurred by the Recorder in the administration of this article shall be paid out of the General Fund. All monies collected under the provisions of this article shall be paid into the Town of Eleanor Treasury by the Recorder and shall be added to and constitute a part of the General Fund.
