(a) Appeals; Other Redress.
(1) Any person who is aggrieved by any order, requirement, decision or determination made by the Town of Eleanor, administrative officer or body charged with the enforcement of this article may appeal the same to the Town of Eleanor within the time and the manner prescribed by law.
(2) In addition to the right of appeal described in subsection (a) hereof, any person who is aggrieved by any order, requirement, decision or determination made by the body charged with the enforcement of this article may seek such other redress or relief as state law provides.
(b) Variance. Any person who is affected by any order, requirement, decision or determination made by the body charged with the enforcement of this article may seek a Variance from the Town of Eleanor.
