527.01 DECLARATION OF POLICY.

This article is enacted to prevent excessive sound that may jeopardize the health, welfare, or safety of the citizens of The Town of Eleanor or degrade the quality of life. It is not the intent of this section to interfere unduly with the freedoms of speech or religion.
